Founder & CEO
Rick, Co Founder and CEO of RCR Inc., is an Atlanta native and Jacksonville State University business graduate who built a successful 14 year career at Enterprise Rent A Car earning multiple National Exceptional Achievement Awards before pursuing entrepreneurship, purchasing SERVPRO of North Fulton in 2013, expanding to eight locations, and growing the organization into a top 100 SERVPRO by leading with a strong commitment to customer focus, ethical business practices, and the belief that when you take care of customers and employees, fair profit follows.
Brent Maddux
Co-founder and President
Brent, Co Founder and President of RCR Inc., is an Atlanta native and University of Georgia business graduate with 23 years of experience in roofing and construction, including 16 years with GAF as a Territory Manager training contractors in installation, marketing, and best practices while earning the President’s Club award three times, along with prior roles at Georgia Pacific and as a co owner of a roofing company, and he enjoys spending his free time on the lake fishing or boating with his wife Jennifer and their daughter Lauren.
Quinten T. Shovelski
Vice President
Quinten T. Shovelski serves as Vice President, bringing experience in mitigation, reconstruction, leadership, and estimating to the team, along with IICRC certification and over a year of dedicated service; known for his steady leadership approach and guided by the philosophy to speak softly and carry a big stick, Quinten values time with his wife and three children and leads with both strength and integrity in every project he oversees.
Michael Mitchell
Reconstruction Specialist
Michael Mitchell is a Reconstruction Specialist at RCR with over 20 years of reconstruction experience and 9 years of dedicated service to the team, bringing expertise in Xactimate, Docusketch, and extensive on the job training to ensure projects are completed with accuracy and quality; outside of work, he enjoys fishing, scuba diving, and golf, and hopes to one day dive the Great Barrier Reef while living by his favorite quote, Faith plus Obedience equals Victory.

Beth Panther joined the RCR team on July 7, 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in administration, marketing, customer service, and HR, and now serves as Leads Coordinator with a strong passion for organization, service, and family.

Todd Kirchens is a Senior Estimator with extensive experience across multiple restoration and construction firms, supported by IICRC certifications and OSHA safety training. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, watching movies, playing video games, and spending time with his family.
Gina Barrett
Operations Manager
Gina Barrett serves as Operations Manager, bringing over four years of dedicated service and extensive experience in property operations, including tenant relations, suite tours, accounting, reporting, collections, and overseeing maintenance for more than one million square feet of office and mixed use space across nine properties; born October 19, 1965, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, crafting, quilting, and gardening, hopes to one day travel to Ireland or Finland, and lives by the belief that women belong in all places where decisions are being made.

Matt Vaughan serves as a Project Manager with four years of restoration experience, bringing strong leadership, teamwork, and problem solving skills to every project, along with CPR, AED, First Aid, and Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair, and Painting training; born April 9, 1971, Matt enjoys riding in his free time, hopes to one day jump out of a plane, and lives by the mindset, It is what it is til it ain’t.

Thomas E. Potzauf is a Construction Project Manager with 20 years of restoration experience and nearly two years at SERVPRO. He is certified in CPR, AED, First Aid, forklift operation, and defensive driving, and enjoys fishing, hiking, music, and time with his family.
Derek Hall
Project Manager
Derek Hall serves as a Project Manager with 10 years of project management experience and one year with the team, bringing strong communication, time management, and leadership skills along with multiple OSHA certifications and Lead certification; born February 10, 1993, he enjoys golf, hunting, and fishing, hopes to go spearfishing off the West Coast, and lives by the mindset that you miss 100 percent of the shots you do not take.
